Summary

Provide attentive, knowledgeable service on the sales floor specializing in designer handbags. Build relationships with clients to drive sales and repeat business while maintaining visual standards and product knowledge. Support daily store operations including merchandising and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and present product solutions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through clienteling and proactive selling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is accurately presented.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory counts, restocking, and loss prevention practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or luxury sales experience, preferably with handbags or accessories.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Basic POS and merchandising experience; attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
