Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide personalized styling and product recommendations to drive sales.
• Maintain visual presentation and merchandising standards for assigned areas.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the point of sale.
• Support inventory activities including receiving, tagging, and stocking merchandise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and styling skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
