Summary

Customer-facing Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving sales on the store floor at the 59th Street location. Build and maintain client relationships through product knowledge, personalized service, and follow-up. Maintain merchandising standards and collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide product information and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and meet individual and store performance goals through consultative selling.
• Process transactions accurately, handle returns, and maintain point-of-sale procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising, stock levels, and store presentation standards.
• Support inventory activities, fitting room management, and loss-prevention practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
