Sales Associate - 59th Street

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales on the store floor for the Longchamp boutique at 59th Street. Maintain product knowledge, support merchandising initiatives, and ensure a polished and welcoming shopping experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, building rapport and assessing needs to recommend products.
• Achieve sales goals through expert product knowledge and personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized and well stocked.
• Support inventory activities including receiving, tagging, and replenishing merchandise.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent and elevated customer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in luxury or specialty retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays and to stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail training or product knowledge preferred.
