Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and present product knowledge and brand history
• Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book with meaningful client data
• Contact clients regularly and follow up on sales and client requests
• Incorporate fashion trends and brand narrative into the selling process
• Participate collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Execute daily operational tasks according to company directives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion sales role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed targets
• Commercial awareness and business acumen with passion for fashion
