Sales Associate - Alberni Street

As a Sales Associate at Hublot's Vancouver boutique on Alberni Street, you will be a vital part of a creative and innovative retail luxury team. Your role is essential in achieving team targets and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive brand experience and fostering repeat sales.

• Professionally handle and advise customers on products and services to achieve store sales targets.
• Maintain high standards in merchandising displays within the store.
• Deliver high-quality service to customers both face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Complete sale documentation and efficiently use internal till and stock systems.
• Alter and fit customers' watches.
• Maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge.
• Attend and contribute to brand events.
• Build client relationships and develop a client book.
• Provide in-store after-sales service, working with after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coach and train other sales associates and support new hires' integration.
• Act as the main point of contact on the floor when management is not present.

• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• Previous experience in the watch industry is desired.
• Highly professional manner and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to develop extensive brand and product knowledge.
• Capability to meet sales targets and work effectively within a team.
