Sales Associate - Aventura

As a Sales Associate at our Aventura location, you will serve as an Ambassador of the Maison, achieving and exceeding sales targets while developing your client portfolio. You will ensure a unique client experience and actively participate in the daily operations of the boutique.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including greeting and acknowledging every customer.
• Adapt approach according to client needs and motivations.
• Assist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
• Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique and communicate on maintenance issues.
• Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.

• 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.
• Computer and internet savvy with MS Office experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be available to work retail hours including weekends.
