Sales Associate - Aventura

Summary

The Sales Associate represents the Maison and works to achieve sales targets while developing client relationships. The role provides exceptional service throughout the client experience and supports the boutique's daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after sales.
• Develop client relationships, capture client information, resolve concerns, and support in-store and offsite events.
• Follow security and operational procedures and assist with boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, and special projects.
• Stay current on industry news and competitors and support after-sales clients.

Requirements

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience; a college degree is preferred.
• Consistent availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, with flexibility for retail hours, training, and client events.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Computer and internet proficiency and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge, additional languages, and timepiece knowledge are preferred.
