Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate delivers personalized luxury service and drives sales by sharing in-depth product knowledge of Boucheron's jewelry and watch collections. This role builds lasting client relationships, supports store operations, and represents the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate jewelry pieces while meeting and exceeding sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and product value, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Build and maintain client relationships through personalized follow-up, CRM tools, and targeted outreach.
• Support visual merchandising, stock management, POS systems, store security, and compliant operating procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or high-end fashion.
• Strong sales, communication, storytelling, and clienteling skills, with CRM proficiency.
• Professional, results-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Fluency in multiple languages is preferred.
