Join the store team at Charlotte Premium Outlet as a Sales Associate delivering exceptional client experiences through clienteling, product knowledge, and strong sales service. You will support store operations, maintain visual and stockroom standards, and contribute to achieving individual and store KPIs while representing the brand and its DNA.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs
- Provide an elevated and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
- Build sales through styling expertise, trend knowledge, and product information
- Engage in clienteling by capturing client data and cultivating relationships
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom presentation
- Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management
- Adhere to company policies and store procedures
- Continuously seek feedback and develop product and brand knowledge
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
- Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Creative and collaborative mindset with willingness to learn
