Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profit performance using key tools and resources
- Support execution of company and store initiatives
- Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
- Engage clients through outreach and alternative purchasing processes like Gladly and Ship to Home
- Promote product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Maintain exceptional productivity and store execution standards
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Support a collaborative environment focused on the customer experience
- Uphold all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Capacity to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work around chemicals as needed
- Experience operating a register and supporting cashwrap duties
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- Planning and time management skills
