Responsibilities

• Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are neat and merchandised to standards
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
• Participate in stock management and inventory counts
• Support team initiatives and store opening and closing procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience
• Professional presentation and ability to maintain visual merchandising standards
• Team oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to retail
