Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide personalized styling recommendations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling
- Maintain product knowledge and communicate features and benefits to customers
- Process transactions accurately including returns and exchanges
- Ensure the sales floor and fitting rooms are neat and merchandised to standards
- Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
- Participate in stock management and inventory counts
- Support team initiatives and store opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic cash handling and point of sale experience
- Professional presentation and ability to maintain visual merchandising standards
