Summary

Guide and inspire customers by providing gracious, personalized service and fashion guidance. Build long-term client relationships in store and online while delivering an engaging shopping experience and supporting sales and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Create a seamless, welcoming in-store and online customer experience and cultivate customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology effectively.
• Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, including fulfillment, floor standards, and fitting room upkeep.
• Share information about loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules and procedural manuals.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, perform reaching and bending movements, use computers and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
