Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Pucci's new boutique in Houston, you will be responsible for delivering a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in promoting the brand's modern approach to fashion and luxury retail.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Utilize product knowledge to enhance sales and transaction values.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the client relationship management system.
• Promote store events through various communication channels.
• Expand and maintain a client book.
• Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
• Assist with store housekeeping and image maintenance.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

• Minimum of three years of retail sales experience in a luxury environment.
• Passion for fashion and the luxury-goods industry.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer software packages.
• Experience with advanced clienteling and consignment.
