Responsibilities

• Create seamless and enjoyable in-store and online customer experiences.
• Build customer relationships, identify customer needs, and drive sales using available technology.
• Share information about loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, sales floor and fitting room upkeep, and fulfill operational requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
