Summary

The Sales Associate provides an exceptional client experience at the Fashion Show location in Las Vegas. The role drives sales through styling expertise, clienteling, product knowledge, and support of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs.
• Welcome clients, provide elevated service, and share styling advice, seasonal trends, and product knowledge.
• Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and collaborate with colleagues and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures and seek feedback to support continuous learning.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related role focused on customer service.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS operation and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for the brand and its products.
