Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is well presented.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
