Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized styling advice
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling
• Process sales transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure displays are neat and appealing
• Receive and stock inventory and assist with stockroom organization
• Support store operations including fittings and special events
• Build and maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of handbags and accessories is desirable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule including weekends
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Basic cash handling and POS experience
