Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling in the home department
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling
• Maintain product displays and merchandising standards
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale
• Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions
• Assist with inventory tasks including receiving and restocking
• Support visual merchandising and floor flow
• Foster a positive store environment and build customer relationships

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn product assortment and communicate features
• Comfortable working flexible hours including weekends
• Reliable, professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
• Basic POS and cash handling experience
