Summary

Provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales and merchandising on the retail floor. Engage with customers to understand their needs, promote products, and drive transactions. Maintain a flexible schedule to support store hours and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, deliver personalized shopping experiences, and build customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and promote current store initiatives and promotions.
• Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock merchandise, and ensure sales floor presentation is tidy and inviting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, professional demeanor and ability to stand for extended periods.
