Summary

As a Sales Associate in the Home department at our Aventura store, you will deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales of home furnishings and décor. You will assist customers with product selection, provide styling guidance, and ensure the sales floor reflects brand standards. The role requires strong product knowledge, a customer-focused approach, and flexibility to work store hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand needs and recommend products.
• Achieve sales goals and provide personalized shopping experiences.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, visual standards, and stock levels on the sales floor.
• Process transactions, exchanges, and returns following store procedures.
• Stay current on product features, promotions, and inventory availability.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in home or specialty departments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and POS experience; ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
