As a Sales Associate in the Home department at our Palm Beach Gardens location, you will provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment. You will assist customers in selecting home products that meet their needs and preferences.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable home products.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Enthusiastic and friendly attitude with a passion for customer service.
