Sales Associate - Houston Premium Outlet

As a Sales Associate at Houston Premium Outlet, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering genuine client relationships.

• Act as a Brand Ambassador by providing exceptional client experiences and promoting the Retail Excellence Program.
• Meet and exceed sales goal targets on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Capture client data and maintain relationships through after-sales service, including thank you notes and follow-up calls.
• Support the team in generating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
• Open and close consignments, process returns and exchanges.
• Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on the best fit of pieces.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a retail environment, luxury experience preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling.
• Proficiency in retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with an entrepreneurial and sales-focused mindset.
