Sales Associate - King of Prussia

As a Sales Associate at King of Prussia, you will excel in developing long-lasting client relationships within a fast-paced luxury environment. Your natural curiosity for people and commitment to providing excellent service will be key to your success. Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will achieve sales goals and balance daily business and High Jewelry sales while building a network of loyal clients.

• Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Attend social functions to generate new business and invite clients to in-boutique events.
• Oversee CRM initiatives, including client data capture and communication on novelties and events.
• Assist in display setup and breakdown, maintaining the aesthetic quality of the Boutique.
• Travel as required.

• Bachelor’s degree or jewelry certification preferred.
• 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong ability to develop client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
