Responsibilities

• Greet clients and act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular outreach and event invitations.
• Maintain high product knowledge and share insights with clients.
• Maximize sales at every opportunity to meet and exceed personal and store targets.
• Ensure visual presentation, store maintenance, and housekeeping meet company standards.
• Use in-store technology such as tablets and POS systems to enhance the customer experience and process transactions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail selling experience in luxury fashion.
• Proven experience providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work toward weekly sales goals and drive results.
