Sales Associate - Madison Avenue

Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales at the Madison Avenue boutique. Reports to the General Manager and supports clienteling, after-sales service, and store initiatives. The role includes operating POS, handling consignments and repairs, and contributing to events and business-driving activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and act as a brand ambassador
• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and client data capture targets
• Create and maintain genuine client relationships, including after-sales follow up and repair management
• Process consignments, returns, and exchanges and handle customer repairs
• Support team initiatives, contests, events, and business development activities
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management

Requirements

• Minimum of two years retail experience; luxury retail preferred
• Strong understanding of specialty retail and clienteling
• Computer proficiency including POS systems, Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy, and sales-focused personality
