Sales Associate - Mansion

Summary

As a Maison Ambassador, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets while developing a client portfolio and delivering an exceptional client experience. The role also supports daily boutique operations and builds lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after sales.
• Develop new and existing client relationships, capture client data, resolve concerns, and support events and networking.
• Follow security and operational policies, assist with boutique setup and maintenance, and maintain merchandise displays and back-stock.
• Participate in inventories, cycle counts, audits, and special projects.

Requirements

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience.
• Availability to work consistently on Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, as well as retail hours and occasional travel for trainings and events.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, attention-to-detail, and multitasking skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency; MS Office experience required and SAP knowledge preferred.
• College degree preferred; additional language skills and general knowledge of timepiece movements are a plus.
