Summary

Part-time Sales Associate on the men's floor responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales at the 59th Street store. Provides product knowledge and styling assistance while maintaining presentation standards and supporting store operations. Works with the team to help meet individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice.
• Assist with fitting room service and ensure a high-touch customer experience.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately on the POS system.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock merchandise, and keep selling floor organized.
• Support sales targets and participate in loss prevention and inventory activities.

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in men's apparel.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting.
