• Alter and fit customers' watches as needed.
• Maintain extensive product and brand knowledge.
• Attend and contribute to brand events.
• Build and maintain client relationships and develop a client book.
• Capture client information and update the CRM database.
• Create content for Instagram postings when needed.
• Support the opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
• Provide in-store after-sales service in collaboration with after-sales teams.

• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Previous experience in the watch industry is desired.
• Proactive, independent, and team-oriented spirit.
