Sales Associate - Miami Design

Summary

The Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador at the Miami Design location, delivering exceptional client service from welcome to close. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing expert product knowledge in luxury watch retail.

Responsibilities

• Strive to meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
• Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers and maintain customer correspondence.
• Follow established sales techniques and demonstrate strong product and industry knowledge.
• Perform store operations including opening and closing duties, assist with inventory and special projects.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards per corporate and management direction.
• Provide team support, participate in training of new sales associates, and support company initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high end watch sales.
• Proven success in client service in a luxury environment.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
• Results oriented and self-motivated, able to multitask and work as part of a team.
• Flexible to be scheduled any day of the week including weekends and available to work 40 hours weekly.
• Computer proficiency required.
