Sales Associate - Miami Design District

Summary

The Sales Associate represents the Maison and delivers an exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets. The role develops client relationships and supports the daily operations of the boutique.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide knowledgeable, personalized customer service.
• Build client relationships, maintain accurate client records, and resolve concerns or escalate them to management.
• Support in-store and offsite events, boutique setup and maintenance, merchandising, and inventory activities.
• Follow security and operational procedures and assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience; a college degree is preferred.
• Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, as well as retail hours and occasional travel for training and events.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Computer and internet proficiency and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge, additional languages, and general knowledge of timepiece movements are preferred.
