Summary

Drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience at the Millenia Mall store. Build client relationships through personalized service, product knowledge, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Provide elevated service, styling expertise, and product knowledge throughout the client journey.
• Develop client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related role focused on customer service.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS and Microsoft Office; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
