Sales Associate

Summary

Retail sales roles supporting customers across handbags, jewelry and accessories, women's apparel, women's shoes, kids apparel and shoes, lingerie, service experience, and retail stock and fulfillment. Positions include customer facing sales and support functions with opportunities for on the spot hiring at the event.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Provide product knowledge and styling guidance
• Process sales transactions and handle payments
• Support inventory, stock replenishment and fulfillment tasks
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
• Deliver excellent service experience and resolve customer issues
• Participate in hiring events and interviews as needed
• Meet sales goals and participate in commission programs

Requirements

• Customer service or retail sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and merchandising
• Willingness to undergo background check
• Eligible to work in the country of employment
