Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback about fit and product
• Open new customer accounts and promote loyalty program enrollment
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and assist with remerchandising
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
