Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate creates exceptional client experiences while representing the brand and achieving sales goals. This role builds client relationships, shares product knowledge, and supports the day-to-day operation of the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive customer service, styling guidance, and memorable in-store experiences.
• Build client relationships through correspondence and virtual selling, and drive sales across product categories.
• Maintain product and brand knowledge, follow presentation standards, and support company initiatives.
• Assist with inventory, events, projects, and opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, positive approach and genuine interest in working with people.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
