Responsibilities- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide outstanding customer service, including greeting and acknowledging every customer and maintaining solid product knowledge.
- Adapt approach according to client needs and handle objections with ease.
- Assist and support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
- Capture client data for follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalate as needed to management.
- Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the boutique and communicate maintenance issues.
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
- Assist with special projects, such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.
Requirements- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Ability to work Saturday and Sunday consistently, plus one weekday.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Computer and internet savvy, with MS Office experience required.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for trainings and events.
