Summary

Provide an elevated customer experience on the sales floor and through after-sale service while representing the brand in the community. Build and maintain strong client relationships, support store visual standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Maintain product knowledge of shoes and accessories and perform key-holder responsibilities including opening, closing, and cash handling.

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
• Self-starter with the ability to drive results and engage customers
• Customer service focused with a passion for client and community engagement
• Technologically savvy and entrepreneurial in approach
