Summary
The Sales Associate represents the Maison delivering exceptional customer service while achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing client relationships, and participating in daily boutique operations. This role supports after-sales clients, assists with merchandising and inventory, and helps execute in-store events and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Greet customers and provide outstanding client experiences before during and after sales
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data accurately
- Support and assist after-sales clients and escalate issues to management as needed
- Participate in boutique set-up breakdown merchandising and maintenance of displays
- Assist with inventories cycle counts and prepare for audits
- Support special projects such as price changes and back-office tasks
- Partner with management to plan and participate in in-store and offsite events
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of previous luxury retail experience
- Available to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday and one weekday
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and customer service focus
- Computer savvy with MS Office required SAP knowledge preferred
- General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred
- Additional language skills and willingness to travel for trainings and events
