Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support and execute company and store initiatives and training
- Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing processes to broaden sales channels
- Represent and deliver a consistent brand aligned customer experience
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times
- Support collaborative team environment focused on the customer
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and stand and move for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including day, evening, weekends and potential travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
