Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor by assisting guests with product selection, providing styling recommendations, and building lasting client relationships. Maintain a polished sales environment and execute store initiatives to drive sales performance. Support store operations through merchandising, replenishment, and accurate transaction handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and offer personalized product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through active selling and clienteling.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the selling floor is organized and well stocked.
• Assist with inventory replenishment, fitting room operations, and floor moves as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a fashion or department store environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as required.
