Summary

Retail Sales Associate supporting the SKIMS shop-in-shop in Soho. Provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain merchandising and presentation standards. Work with the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver a premium shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offer product knowledge and fit recommendations for SKIMS apparel.
• Drive sales through personalized client interactions and follow-up.
• Maintain visual merchandising, restock inventory, and keep the sales floor organized and clean.
• Process transactions, exchanges, and returns accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet store performance targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
