Summary

Join the store team at Streets at Southpoint to support sales and inventory functions including women's apparel, men's apparel, shoes and inventory support. This role participates in on-site interviews and may receive on-the-spot offers for customer-facing and back-of-house positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor
• Assist customers with fitting and product selection
• Support merchandise presentation and restocking
• Operate point of sale and process transactions
• Participate in inventory, fulfillment and delivery tasks
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
• Follow store policies and safety procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to stand and lift merchandise as needed
• Ability to pass background check where required
