Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection
• Operate sales floor duties including merchandising and stocking
• Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items and reach for merchandise above head
• Continuously move about the sales floor for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and twisting
• Use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
• Lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Participate in hiring event interviews and accept on-the-spot offers when applicable

Requirements

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the role including frequent bending and lifting
• Customer service and communication skills
• Availability to attend the hiring event and interview during scheduled times
• Authorization to work in the United States
