Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on women's fragrance and cosmetics to customers
• Deliver personalized consultations to drive sales and meet seasonal targets
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure inventory is stocked
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and payment systems
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals
• Participate in merchandising resets and promotional setups
• Assist with receiving and unpacking new product shipments

Requirements

• Prior retail or beauty sales experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of fragrance and cosmetic products is desirable
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand
• Basic math skills and ability to operate point of sale systems
