Summary
As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets, develops a client portfolio, and ensures a unique client experience across all touch points while participating in daily boutique operations.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Provide outstanding customer service including greeting customers and maintaining product knowledge.
- Adapt sales approach to client needs and handle objections and negotiations.
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and accurately capture client data for follow up.
- Support after sales clients and escalate issues to Management as needed.
- Participate in in store and offsite events and networking as planned with Management.
- Assist with daily boutique set up, breakdown, merchandising, and back stock maintenance.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts to support audits.
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back office responsibilities.
Requirements
- College degree preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements.
- Ability to work in a fast paced retail store environment and be computer and internet savvy.
- MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks with precision.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings and client events.
