Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the Vacaville Premium Outlet by driving sales through clienteling, product knowledge, and strong service. Role supports store operations and contributes to achieving individual and store commercial KPIs. Requires flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays and competence with POS and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Create a welcoming guest ready environment for clients
• Provide styling expertise seasonal trend and product knowledge
• Engage in clienteling capture client data and cultivate relationships
• Initiate follow up on sales events and client inquiries
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of brand product and DNA
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent customer service role
• Proven experience generating sales and developing client relations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated customer centric and collaborative attitude
