The Client Advisor is a luxury retail sales ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized client experiences to drive sales and build lasting relationships both in store and remotely. This role requires deep product knowledge, strong communication and styling skills, and adherence to brand standards and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with clients to build rapport and recruit new clients.
- Provide personalized styling advice and storytelling to support purchasing decisions.
- Drive individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques and KPI monitoring.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to expand client relationships.
- Accurately process POS transactions and capture client information.
- Participate in stock maintenance and inventory activities.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Adhere to grooming guidelines and operational policies with focus on loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion sales experience with a strong track record.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Deep knowledge of fashion and luxury and passion for the brand.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings weekends and holidays.
- High degree of professionalism ethics and integrity.
- Ability to adapt to fast moving and dynamic environments.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing product and brand trainings.
