Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Van Cleef & Arpels in Costa Mesa, you will play a vital role in achieving sales goals and developing a loyal clientele in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for balancing daily business with High Jewelry sales and engaging with the community to generate new business opportunities.

• Achieve sales goals while managing daily business and High Jewelry sales.
• Develop a network and loyal clientele through community engagement and social media outreach.
• Attend social functions and invite clients to in-boutique events.
• Manage CRM initiatives, including client data capture, communication on novelties, and clienteling reporting.
• Assist in display set up and breakdown, ensuring products are stored safely.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on after sales service.
• Adhere to Maison policies and procedures regarding security, consignments, and valuation requests.
• Share Van Cleef & Arpels history and collection information with clients.

• 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury or sales environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.
