Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations.
• Introduce clients to products and services, including part-exchange.
• Develop a personal clientele through selling skills and proactive CRM outreach.
• Represent the brand and maintain the boutique according to operating standards.
• Support the boutique team and lead accurate appraisal processes for part-exchange timepieces.
