As a Sales Associate at Balenciaga West Edmonton, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the brand's philosophy and values. You will work closely with the Store Director to meet individual and store sales goals, while maintaining a strong knowledge of Balenciaga products and history.

• Achieve individual sales and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Maintain an organized client book and provide follow-up on sales or client requests.
• Stay informed about current trends and fashion history to advise clients.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to daily operational tasks.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with a passion for fashion.
